Learning from Builders
Some meetings stay with you long after they end.
My visit to the NxtWave office in Hyderabad was one of them.
It was my third time meeting Rahul Attuluri and Sashank Gujjula. This conversation wasn't about introductions. It was about building.
One thing stood out immediately.
Three founders. Three different strengths. One clear direction.
Each person owned their responsibility with complete clarity. There was no confusion, no unnecessary overlap, and no competition within the team. It was a reminder that strong companies are built on trust, ownership, and execution.
People often talk about funding, valuations, and headlines.
What impressed me was the system behind them.
Watching how they think, communicate, and make decisions explained far more than any funding announcement ever could.
I left with a simple reminder.
Great startups aren't built by people trying to do everything.
They're built by teams where everyone does their part exceptionally well.
Conversations like these reinforce why I enjoy building.
There is always something new to learn.
Still early.
Still building.
